I really feel this is a perfect home. I like the style, the big windows with lots of natural light and sunshine both in the morning and in the afternoon. Leasehold Relationship

In partnership with Kwaw-Kwaw-a-Aplit and Shxwhá:y Village

Cedarbrook offers select leasehold homes, built on land owned by Kwa-Kwa Aplit and Shxwhá:y Village through a long-term partnership with Westbow.

The lease runs through 2173 with Kwaw-Kwaw-a-Aplit and 2144 with Shxwá:y Village. It is fully pre-paid, providing homeowners with stability and no ongoing land payments. Financing is supported by major lenders, including CMHC-insured options.

Together, this structure supports long-term certainty for homeowners while honouring the Nation’s role as land steward.
