Cedar and Flo Yoga is hosting an outdoor summer series from May to August on the Cedarbrook lawn.
Enjoy a rejuvenating, beginner-friendly flow designed to help you breathe, stretch, and unwind.
We are hosting one Saturday "Pop Up" class a month, alongside consecutive Monday and Tuesday classes.
No pre-registration required—just drop in for $15 per person. Please bring your own mat, a water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes before class starts.
Do Good, Feel Good: 50% of proceeds from all Saturday classes go to support The Centre of Epilepsy and Seizures in BC. See you on the grass!
