Graeme and Casey moved to Cedarbrook in 2022, with their expanding family. Knowing the development offered plenty of green spaces made the move an easy decision.

“Our favourite thing about living here, is the way the community is set up, having the green space, the playground, the waterpark is just so kid friendly and we have a 5 and a 3 year old now, so we are here (at the park)  everyday. It’s like a piece of paradise in Chilliwack.”

Rebekah moved to Cedarbrook last year, drawn to its rare balance of affordability and a strong sense of community. She loves the welcoming neighbourhood feel, and the easy access to nature that makes it simple to unwind, explore local trails, and spend more time outdoors.

“My favourite thing about living here is the sound of children laughing, and playing…It’s peaceful, and it’s joyful, and the ambience here is beautiful.”

Taliah moved to Cedarbrook with her family and quickly felt at home. She loves the community events that bring neighbours together, as well as the beautiful surrounding environment.

“It feels like more than just a neighborhood. It’s not just a complex or subdivision that you drive into. There’s the parks, the trail, movie nights — it feels like it’s a whole community here.”
